What data we process

We only process the email you provide when subscribing to the newsletter and technical browsing data (third-party cookies if you consent, see cookie policy).

Purpose and legal basis

The email is used exclusively to send you the weekly Top 5. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time using the unsubscribe link included in every email.

Processors

The infrastructure is provided by Supabase (data hosting) and Resend (email delivery). Advertising is managed by Google AdSense, which may install ad personalization cookies if you consent. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection by writing to contacto@bestofmoments.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
